Chrissy Caplice started her journey in the luxury concierge industry in 2002 while working for Gerry Harvey’s iconic luxury resort — the Byron at Byron. As Guest Relations Manager she was responsible for dealing with their highest-value clientele. It was here that Chrissy honed her craft and truly understood the value of ‘service’ when making a difference.
Perhaps one of Chrissy’s best qualities is being able to engage with everyone, she is a consummate communicator (and equally a good listener). Chrissy understands the need to listen carefully to her guests’ requests in order to provide a premium experience for them and to proactively identify any particular support they may require.
Chrissy is also recognised for being highly organised and manages multi tasking with ease. She has a highly developed sense of empathy — acknowledging and reading what people want.
